We would rather withhold an uncertain event than publish a confident-looking guess.
What belongs
A listing needs public evidence for a real event occurrence: a usable date, a place or online destination, enough identity to distinguish it from other events, and a source visitors can check. Public organiser pages, venue calendars, ticket providers, directories, and promotional posts may qualify.
What stays in review
Conflicting dates, uncertain locations, possible duplicate occurrences, unclear cancellations, and incomplete evidence are not silently resolved. They stay unpublished or are sent for human review.
Freshness and changes
Listings keep their original source visible. When a source changes a material fact, Hapnin preserves the earlier evidence and reviews the change. Finished events expire from discovery; cancelled and postponed events keep a clear status when a previously public page must remain available.
Prices and handoffs
Unknown prices remain unknown. Sold-out and unavailable tiers are not presented as available. Ticket, RSVP, refund, entry, and inventory decisions remain with the linked provider.
