Discovery and referral
Hapnin aggregates public event information and links to original or official providers. Hapnin does not currently sell tickets, collect ticket payments, operate venue entry, or become a party to your transaction with a provider.
Third-party services
Ticketing, RSVP, refunds, cancellations, inventory, maps, rides, and venue rules are controlled by the linked third party. Review its price, availability, privacy notice, and terms before acting.
Listing accuracy
Hapnin works to preserve sources and review important changes, but public listings can change after they are checked. Confirm time-sensitive details with the organiser or provider before travelling or paying.
Acceptable use and submissions
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, private, infringing, or unsafe material. Do not impersonate an organiser or claim rights you do not hold. A correction or future event suggestion is reviewed and does not grant ownership or guarantee publication.
Intellectual property and corrections
Event names, artwork, and provider marks remain with their respective owners. If a listing or image should be corrected or removed, use Corrections & contact and include evidence that lets Hapnin verify the request.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or remove listings when evidence is stale, uncertain, unsafe, or no longer public. Access is provided without a promise that every event or provider will always be available.
